It’s important for NaturChem BCN XXI to identify the requirements of the client to be able to serve products that satisfy their expectations.
The requests of the clients are transmitted, and are studied an evaluated in order to provide improvements in the quality of the products and the service.
It is also important for NaturChem BCN XXI to ensure the compliance of our products with current legislation, especially in food safety issues. For this reason, NaturChem BCN XXI has the
collaboration of an external consultancy that informs of the novelties in the
legislation, or any legal aspect that may be of interest.
Regarding the product, correspondence is a priority
between the specifications required by the customer and those obtained from the
suppliers or established by the Quality Department.
As far as the service is concerned, a quick
response to requests for offers and/or samples, as well as a fluid
communication to ensure timely delivery of our orders.
The company will set annual quality objectives,
which will be described in the system review, and will be reviewed annually.
The Quality Department is designated as responsible for the
implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, taking the measures and
making the appropriate modifications for its improvement. The Department of
Quality will issue the documentation made regarding these measures.
